Review: Avengers – Age of Ultron

Avengers 2

The most awaited sequel to mega blockbuster of 2012, Age of Ultron hit the theaters last week in theaters worldwide. Creating a sequel to a blockbuster as beloved and successful as The Avengers is something big for anyone to live upto. One of the reasons the film became such a massive hit because of the novelty of seeing these characters on screen for the first time ever on the big screen; something that was long thought to be impossible. After massive success of the first movie, the sequel would have to shake things up. Age of Ultron feels like writer/director Joss Whedon is constantly trying to outdo himself. For the most part, he is succeeds. The film is more ambitious, emotional, funnier, and darker than its predecessor. However, it’s also less coherent and streamlined. In an attempt to juggle so many characters and subplots, the film loses that magic of simplicity that made the first film so appealing.  Despite those misgivings, the film manages to still be a fun and engaging superhero epic that serves to kick off the summer movie season and serves as a proper farewell to Whedon from Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Ultron-2

For me Age of Ultron is a massive success but it fails to pull off everything with the grace and synergy. The movie is on a different scale unlike Avengers was. The movie is a massive balancing act, pulling in about a dozen important characters and trying to give them all something to do while also telling a cohesive, succinct narrative. The movie is a juggling act that Joss Whedon tries to maintain fairly well. While I was fairly satisfied while walking out of the theater the feeling was not as great as the first movie and there is where the problem is.

Most of the reviews are made comparing it with the first movie when they should not. Most of the reviews have complained about new characters, if there was a sequel without new characters there would still be complains. The movie outdoes the expectations that fans had after the announcement.

Age of Ultron proves to be a massive entertainer from the beginning. It opens with an exciting, and an entertaining action sequence that reintroduces all of the characters and the dynamic they share as a team. The opening is right on point in nearly all aspects, and creates a sense of high energy and pacing that is never really lost. While there are slower moments in the movie (such as a mid-movie sequence at the Barton farm) the sense of energy is never halted because there’s always something happening that propels the story forward. Unlike with the opening act of the first Avengers film, which tended to lull in some segments as the team was pulled together, Age of Ultron quickly establishes an excellent sense of narrative pacing, and this is arguably one of the film’s greatest strengths.

avenger-2-ultron-s-origin-and-which-sides-quicksilver-and-scarlet-witch-side

The movie shows a great pacing apart from action sequences. Joss Whedon and his team does their best to manage their time amongst the numerous threads that the plot weaves along with the way characters connect with each other. As a writer, Whedon manages to find a great way of doing this, incorporating minor details from previous Phase Two films to show that, yes, they were relevant, while also keeping the focus where it needs to be: the matters at hand, how the team operates, and how the characters evolve because of the ordeals they undergo.

Avengers-Age-of-Ultron-Trailer-1-Hawkeye-in-Snow-620x370

If The Avengers was about assembly, Avengers: Age of Ultron is about disassembly. The former played on their conflicting personalities while the latter plays on their fears and insecurities. Though Ultron may be the main antagonist of the picture, it’s our heroes who have themselves to fear. How can these people save the world when they can’t even save themselves? The internal struggle of these characters is trying to overcome their mistakes and pain. That is what raises the stakes in this film. The entire world is jeopardy, but it’s also a battle for the Avengers to save their souls.

The film is loaded with terrific action sequences. The Hulk vs Hulkbuster scene is everything you hoped it would be and more. Though there is a lot to take in from the set pieces, they never feel exhausting or overwhelming, despite it being clear Whedon is always trying to top what he accomplish in the first film. Though admittedly, it’s hard to feel sense of danger when you know these characters are going to be back for their individual movies including more Avengers sequels. As usual, each character gets their shining moment. The principal cast has grown into these roles to the point where they could pull them off in their sleep. A most notable improvement is Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), who after being relegated to Loki’s henchman for most of the first film, gets an integral and dynamic role among the team. Not to mention that he gets some of the best lines in the film. I wouldn’t be surprised if he emerged as fan-favorite after all is said and done.

13cf3087-c2a5-4528-8ce3-2c00ac149a81

New additions to the cast vary. Thankfully, Ultron works for the most part and is miles ahead of just about all of the villains in Marvel films so far (which isn’t that hard when you look at how these villains were written). He’s surprisingly more snarky than people would expect an angry, maniacal robot to be. But that imbues the character with a personality that is sorely lacking from the rogue gallery in MCU. Joss Whedon admitted that the initial cut of the film was much longer. It comes out clear at many places as origin story for Quicksilver and Wanda comes out in a very rushed manner. Their origin is touched upon but in a very rushed manner. The Maximoff twins begin to work as characters as the film progresses, but there were missed opportunities to get audiences behind them early on. The breakout character of the film is hands down the Vision (Paul Bettany). While I won’t spoil his origin here, the film will leave you wanting to see more of especially since he does a fantastic job of making an impact in his first appearance.

The movie works and proves that Marvel Cinematic Universe is not going anywhere. Age of Ultron succeeds in teasing future movies with its supporting cast. The movie is entertaining but at the same time worries me about execution of future Marvel movies. It sets up Civil War, Wakanda and most importantly Infinity War and suffers with the same problem that Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Iron Man 2 suffered but on a very small scale. The summer has started with a bang and Marvel is going to rule.

Pros and Cons of Spider-Man in Marvel Cinematic Univese

Marvel-Captain-America-Saves-Spider-Man

Every movie fan had their dream come true when Sony and Marvel announced that Spider-Man will be joining Marvel Cinematic Universe and that Marvel will produce next Spider-Man film. While this is the best thing to happen to Spider-Man after 3 mediocre movies. Spider-Man is way more famous and popular character than most of the MCU properties and yet Sony had no idea what to do with him while MCU grew. Now that Spidey is back home, can we be sure that everything is going to be all-right now?

Here are a few pros and cons about Spider-Man being in MCU.

PROS

1 Spider-Man is now an Avenger – A nerd’s dream comes true. For years we have wished for Spider-Man to fight along side Avengers. Nick Fury or Agent Coulson show up and tell Peter about the mystery of his missing Parents and Spider-Man team up with Daredevil. Think about the possibilities they are limitless and they all can come true.

amazing-spiderman-600-daredevil

2 Civil War begins – Earlier Black Panther was filling in for Peter Parker stuck between Captain America and Iron Man but now we can see a Civil War movie as it was in the source material.

3 Kevin Feige as Producer – One of the consequences of the deal struck between Marvel and Sony was that Sony would still own the rights to the character of Spider Man, so long as they have a new movie in production at least every five years. Now that Feige is in charge we will finally get a good Spider-Man film.

hon

CONS

1. No Andrew Garfield – After this deal Andrew Garfield is probably no more the Masked Menace, the only thing good about last two sucky Spider-Man movie was his portrayal of Peter Parker and that makes me sad.

2. New release dates – All the Marvel properties are now pushed back because of Spider-Man. These are some of the new properties with a lot of potential and people were more excited to see these movies rather than just another Spider-Man movie.

3. Yet another origin story – With rumors of a teenage Spider-Man we might get to see the origin story of Spider-Man again and that is something no one wants to see. We all are bored of Uncle Ben dying again and again. We all know how a radio active spider bites Peter Parker and we all know about Oscorp so please not again.

I am really hopeful about Spider-Man coming to MCU. I hope he just kills it on the screen, I wish if Andrew could reprise his role but whoever does otherwise I guess I’ll have to wait and watch.

Analyzing the post credit scenes from MCU Phase 2

With Marvel Cinematic Universe’s phase 2 finally coming to an end with Guardians of the Galaxy and Age of Ultron on the way I decided to take a look back on the mid and post credit scenes all the movies of MCU phase 2 and how they are different than the ones in phase 1.

How are phase 2 mid and post credit sequences different from the ones in Phase 1. During phase 1, Marvel was a relatively unknown franchise, taking risk with some relatively unknown characters and was building a momentum for Avengers at the same time. Each of the post credit scenes in the phase 1 was a tease for the next movie. Until Iron Man 2 most of the fans didn’t even know about the cohesive cinematic universe that Marvel was planning to build so the post credit sequences had two roles 1 to make the audience aware about their next movie, and 2 To set foundation for their first Avengers movie. And this worked well.

From what I have observed, the after credits only come into play when Marvel is going to introduce a new character or a new movie THAT IS NOT A SEQUEL is on the way. Let me explain how.

Before reading the post you need to assume that from Phase 2 the movies are divided in two directions. The movies that take place on Earth are the only ones leading to Avengers 2 while the cosmic movies are leading directly to the final act in 3rd Avengers movie and Phase 3.

Iron Man 3 – The end credits reveal that the whole movie was running in flashback as Tony was narrating his story to his science buddy Dr. Bruce Banner, sitting in the building that once used to be Stark towers and now is The Avengers Mansion.

Implications – Tony was planning to build Avengers mansion by the time Avengers ended, now we have a fully functional building made for the members of team and Dr. Bruce Banner is already living in it. This can either mean that Dr. Banner finally found home he was looking for or may be Tony is secretly keeping a watch on him (we know that Hulkbuster is going to show up in Age of Ultron.) This scene serves as an epilogue for Avengers as well as a prologue giving a mild tease for next Avengers movie.

Thor: The Dark World – The mid credit scene of Thor’s sequel introduced us to The Collector leading directly to Guardians of the Galaxy movie. The end credit sequence of Thor: TDW shows that Thor has returned to Earth after seeking permission from Loki/Odin. This post credit sequence was a direct tease for Avengers 2 and declaring that Thor now has truly become the protector of Midgard.

Captain-America-2-spoiler-image

Captain America: The Winter Soldier – The mid credit scene introduced us to the new members of Avengers: Age of Ultron, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. Avengers is also going to serve as an origin story for these two characters along with a possible hint on the Inhumans movie that will be a part of MCU’s phase 3 slot. The end credit sequence however was probably setting route for Bucky’s path and Captain America 3.

Guardians of the Galaxy – This was one of the most confusing after credit sequence that many fans thought was underwhelming. Well, let’s look upon it in this way. This sequence firstly teases Avengers 3 that will probably feature The Collector who is also on a quest for infinity gems along with it what I can guess is that the Howard the Duck cameo was not about Howard the Duck but instead what was behind him. An empty cocoon inside which Adam Warlock was charging himself and is now gone. The same cocoon showed up in Thor: TDW as well. These end credits are setting stones for Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and then to Avengers 3.

warlock-cocoon

Whatever be the meaning of these scenes for one thing I am sure is that now 4 of the key members of Avengers have united on Earth under one roof. Captain America has left SHIELD and shifted to Avengers mansion, Thor will probably find home at the same place where Bruce Banner is already residing. At the same time Guardians are now on a new quest that will probably lead them to Thanos by the time phase 3 concludes.

Movie review: Guardians of the Galaxy

Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy...Milano..Ph: Film Frame..?Marvel 2014

Before you start reading this review and the way I have gloriously described this movie and start calling me a Marvel fanboy (that I am) let me tell you this. I was really not happy when Marvel announced Guardians of the Galaxy movie was on its way. I among many of the fans wanted to see a Black Panther or a Hulk movie in the first place that was taken by Guardians of the Galaxy.

I mean who cares about bunch of misfits formed together to protect the universe, their stories looked good in comic books and they were needed to Avengers 3 to take place but I wondered why Marvel was putting money on this totally unknown franchise so soon when they have so many better options.

And then James Gunn was announced as the director and the skeptic in me kinda became hopeful.

Long story short I waited for one and a half year for this movie to come out that was obviously being ruined by pathetic run of Guardians of the Galaxy comics series that is left in the cruel hands of Brain M. Bendis and totally destroyed the series (I’ll continue this rant somewhere else in other space time). Finally the day came when I was going to watch Guardians of the Galaxy on 8th August 2014.

After the first trailer and the entire ooga chaka sequence I didn’t watch a single trailer related to this movie so I had no idea what was going to show up, not even a glimpse. I had to pay 300 bucks for this movie in my city because cinepolis is run by bunch of money hungry mongrels (another rant another time.)

What followed after were the best 120 minutes of my life.

Groot-and-Rocket-Racoon-blowing-shit-up

Soon after Peter Quill’s introduction and the music that followed after I knew that the movie is going to own. The way it introduced each character, gave them their space and character was simple incredible. The soundtrack, the references and the jokes felt like distinct characters and part of the film instead of being forced in the movie for no reason.

Words fail me when I start to describe how amazing the Marvel’s first cosmic outing was. The movie passed beyond the expectations and the benchmarks both Iron Man 3 and Captain America: The Winter Soldier created. I feel kinda bad for Joss Whedon that he is constantly facing new challenges on a regular basis to make Avengers: Age of Ultron set a new benchmark when it comes out.

The movie is about a group of misfits caught in between of an interplanetary battle and are forced to take desperate measures to take a side and save the universe from brink of destruction.

They call themselves the Guardians of the Galaxy – What a bunch of A-holes.

Guardians of the Galaxy is an origin story of the team, they are not called by their team name until by the end of the movie. This is the story of how a bunch of A-holes come together and ultimately form a team and learn to fight besides each other.

I’ll start talking about this movie with Peter Quill played by Chris Pratt. When his casting was announced I only knew him from Parks and Recreation and the amount of cheeseburger he stored inside him made me hard to believe that this guy is going to be Star Lord. In 6 months he bulked up for the movie from family pack to 6 packs. The way he walked and talked in the film reminded so much of Harrison Ford from Indiana Jones or Star Wars that right now it seems he’ll be the perfect person for the role if they decide to reboot Indiana Jones. He is someone who now seems on the levels of Robert Downey Jr. on the level of awesomeness.

Rocket guadians of the galaxy

The best part of the movie were two CGI characters Rocket and Groot voiced by Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel. Rocket owned the movie, as said earlier he is the heart of the film, he is rude has a terrible past and loves guns. On the other hand Groot is a cute monster, who is as dangerous as he can be. I just loved the role they played in the movie. Thanks to censor board I missed a foul mouthed raccoon abuse on screen so a huge middle finger to them.

Drax guardiansDrax was a surprise package, I never knew that Batista can act so well. His role kind of grew up on me as the movie proceeded. Driven by revenge he almost drives the team on the brink of death only to revive himself later. I personally feel that Drax was underused and was not upto his full potential but I have hopes high for the sequel and Avengers 3 where we may see him pulling the heart out of Thanos’ chest with his bare hands.

Gamora Guardians of the Galaxy

Zoë Saldana plays Gamora, she comes out as another of the strong female characters in the marvel movies and has her own role and backstory developed in the film. She had the best hand to hand fight scenes in the film especially with Star Lord in the introduction of the film and later with Nebulla.

Now talking about the villains,

We finally get to meet the big bad playing behind the scenes till now come out of shadows. Yes I am talking about Thanos the Mad Titan himself. He looked simply Menacing played by Josh Brolin. For a 5 minute scene he turned out to be one of the most amazing parts of the movie because this time there was more of him rather than just a smile. BTW the way events of this film proceeded I strongly feel that Loki on Asgard throne is what Thanos planned as his actual mission to retrieve the Infinity gauntlet from Odin’s vault (discussion left for some time later :P).

tumblr_n9n511Pf8p1qd4w1no3_250

guardians-of-the-galaxy-villains

I liked how Ronan and Nebula’s role were developed in the film, Karen Gillian went from pretty Amy to menacing daughter of Mad Titan assisting Ronan with his mission. Lee Pace has changed his race from Elf to Kree and kind of looked scary. Unlike many other Marvel villains he looked like a villain but a well justified mission and came out as a threat not for the heroes but for the entire galaxy and the main major baddie himself, although I am disappointed that he had to die in the end of the film but the part where he had the holographic conversation with Thanos reminded me of Star Wars conversation between Darth Vader and the Emperor. It was amazing.

guardians_of_the_galaxy Thanos

One of the best part was checking out Collector’s vault that supposedly is filled with all kind of Easter eggs from Marvel universe. I saw a Chituari soldier, a Dark Elf, possibly a Karbonite horse like creature that looked like Beta Ray Bill along with Cosmo and Howard the Duck. I mean so much awesomeness in one movie that I cannot stop describing. The references, the cameos and everything that followed was simply incredible.

Also how can I forget Yondu, the original Guardian although looked nothing like his comic book counterpart and maybe he’ll evolve into a future Guardian but in this movie his role was so well written. I love Michael Rooker and though he initially wanted to voice Rocket that I feel would have been perfect for the role he did a beautiful job with Yondu. His comic timing and posing a fear factor in Quill’s life upto revealing that he was hired by Quill’s father to abduct him but he changed the deal and how can one forget the way he killed all the Skaaran soldiers with one arrow.

There is a lot to talk about this movie that I feel will take one more part if I keep going on like this. Coming to the direction James Gunn has done a tremendous job with the film. His vision simply plays off and makes the movie worth watching. The comedy and the seriousness simply blends with his style. He knows what he is doing and he proves it by placing all the Easter eggs, cameos and references throughout the movie.

The graphic sequences used to this film are better than any of the movies that I have seen this year, the 3d really supports the storyline and will look amazing on IMAX screen. The concept art for every characters and landscapes looks like the one from its comic book counterparts. The best use of the design really comes up with introduction of Knowhere and the Milano chase sequence.

awesome mix Guardians ofthe Galaxy

Talking about the soundtrack, I for one really felt old after watching this movie. Once these songs used to be the instant hit numbers that used to come on radio, today has evolved into classic pop from the 80s. 26 years later just like the time since Peter left Earth, the cassette is the reminder how awesome our childhood was. The MP3 players and the digital tracks can never define the identity the way this Sony Walkman and the cassette of awesome mix volume 1 and 2 have done. I have been continuously listening to Cherry Bomb and Jackson 5 since Friday on loop. The movie is reminded of good old days and the era that is gone by. Like metal is synonymous with Iron Man franchise, the classic pop is now synonymous with Guardians.

Anyways coming to the last part of this movie, I am overwhelmed the way Marvel and James Gunn presented this movie. I am one for sure that the this franchise will develop into Annihilation conquest saga as the finale, all I hope is that Marvel gets rights for Fantastic Four back from Fox and we will get to see Galactus and Silver Surfer in the future installments.

Now I’ll just sit around and wait for Avengers: Age of Ultron in 2015. For now here is a dancing Groot looking cute and all that.

PS: No Raccoon or Tree creatures were harmed during making of this film.

Iron Man 3 spoiler free review

Image

“Nothing’s been the same since New York” these lines are enough to describe present situation of superhero movies. Avengers created a bar so high that almost became impossible to touch in future thus raising standards of Superhero movie universe.

This movie for first time in Marvel franchise open with a narration that fades into Marvel logo giving an idea about Shane Black’s style. It soon cuts into a quick flashback and how Tony’s past is back to haunt him again. The battle of New York have changed him here is a new Tony who is trying to be more humble and still suffering with PTSD.

Iron Man 3 gets Tony out of suit looks for the question asked by Captain America “Big man in suit of armor, take that away what are you?’ And brings him face to face with the demons he created in the past. The man who is going through events of Avengers and now living in a world where he is friends with a Green Goliath and a Thunder God and is in constant fear of protect things he loves the most.

Robert Downey Jr. gave top class performance as usual, but this is the first time I have taken Tony Stark seriously. Robert Downey Jr nails every joke, delivers some killer quotes and one liners, as usual Downey was perfect. Now onto the villains, Ben Kingsley as The Mandarin, let me just say that the whole “twist” thing wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and Mr. Kingsley nailed it. Guy Pearce this awesome dude was my cocaine, a person exactly opposite to Tony Stark. A person who wants to make things and another one just wants to kill and destroy. He was awesome and he creeped me out twice with that ever smiling face. Guy Pearce nails the humor and has fantastic chemistry with both Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr.

Image

Another great performance was that of Don Cheadle, this movie takes his character in depth. He is proves himself as an action hero weather he was in or outside the suit. He was funny and stayed badass at same time, it would be cool if Iron Man franchise gets into War Machine spinoffs soon. The female starcast of the movie, both Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts and Rebecca Hall as Maya we top notch, being strong, sexy and smart women on screen. Last but not the least little not to forget little Ty Simpkins he takes the buddy cop genre to another level. He shared an awesome chemistry with Robert Downey Jr. and won’t be a surprise if after this his Hollywood career gets high.

Shane Black gives an awesome dark yet entertaining Superhero movie and guess WB and DC will be taking notes on how to make a Superhero movie from Mr. Black. His dark humor and moments that give a touch of silver age style funny moments are of top notch. Little references thrown here and there makes to movie worth watching. One this that always bothered me with Phase 1 movies was that there was no actual death but here not only people die but for the first time Iron Man kills someone in the most brutal way possible.

The soundtrack of this movie is very different from phase 1 movies. This is more serious and dark and suits the tone of the movie. Although there was no AC/DC this time but that can be ignored.

Iron Man 3 not only touched the bar created by Avengers but ripped it into pieces making a new mark for Phase 2 movies. The movie ends with even if you take Tony out of suit, you cannot take what he is. He is Iron Man.Robert Downey Jr. was born for this role and if this one is his last movie then it will be heartbreaking . It also provided a perfect epilogue for Avengers and perfect ending for a trilogy. Let’s see if Thor 2 is on the same mark.

Final rating 5 out of 5.

Thanos was revealed to be the villain behind the curtains in the End Credits of The Avengers so it’s clear that he’ll be pulling the strings in the upcoming movies, also according to the sources SHIELD’s role will be not as large as it was in MCU’s phase 1 and will be focused more towards heroes personal adventures.

Iron Man 3

untitled

Iron Man 3 comes out in May 2013 and many fans are speculating it to be the best movie of the year 2013, the stakes are higher than any of the films in MCU phase 1. Iron Man 3 focuses on Tony’s personal battle when his old enemy who were pulling the strings in his first two films The Ten Rings return and the man behind the organization The Mandarin finally reveals himself to make his l                 ife hell. This movie is based on highly acclaimed Extremis saga where Tony gives up his Iron Man suit to something better and comes up with Extremis suit that becomes part of his body and then the virus takes over.

iron-man-3-1iron-man-3-mandarin-ben-kingsley-2

Guy Pearce plays Aldrich Killian the mad scientist who release the virus and War Machine get a new suit which in comics is known as Iron Patriot used by Norman Osborn at times. This might be a possibility that Marvel someday moves for Dark Avengers Storyline with Mandarin in-charge in case they don’t get Spider-Man back. Also AIM is going to be a part of this movie, in comics AIM is an evil organization and has a lot of intresting storylines related to Iron Man, Captain America, Spider-Man and even Punisher. We can speculate that Mandarin will be connected to AIM and it is going to be the part of Ten Rings in the film.

radioactivewang

This film will also focus on Tony’s life after Battle of New York, that start disturbing him on a personal level and he becomes concerned about people near him. This movie is something everyone is waiting after Avengers. Tony almost lost his life in the battle and learned the lesson of heroism and sacrifice and since no Hulk movie is coming so we can assume that we’ll learn about his whereabouts in this film.

Thor: The Dark World

Thor: The Dark World comes out in Nov 2013 and is said to be an experiment by Marvel Studios if they can go ahead with two summer and a winter movie in future. Thor sequel will focus on what happens after Thor and Loki leave for Asgard. This movie will feature Dark Elves and the king of Dark Elves Malekith The Accursed played by Christopher Eccelston the former Dr Who. While Dark Elves have connection to Surter the Demon it is safe to Assume that they are also going to have links with Thanos, after all Asgard is the place where his infinity Gauntlet is. Also this movie is rumored for a Dr Strange cameo wonder how they’ll pull it off.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier

In Captain America: The First Avenger, Bucky falls from the train but unknown to Captain America he was captured by the Russians and in the movie he’ll be returning as The Winter Soldier who was kept in Suspended Animation. It is said that What Black Widow and Hawkeye were talking about Budapest it is related to The Winter Soldier. This movie introduces The Falcon played by… and SHIELD is going to be a part of the film. Chris Evens did an unexceptional job as Captain America in TFA and Avengers and it would be interesting to see how he’ll face his friend from the past.

Guardians of the Galaxy

guardians_galaxy_-_2012_h

Guardians of the Galaxy is the first solo movie in MCU Phase 2 has direct ties with introducing Thanos in his full force. For those who don’t know this team it consists of Drax The Destroyer, Star Lord, Groot the talking tree, Rocket Raccoon, Adam Warlock, Major Victory, Gamora, Quasar and many non- Earth based heroes teamed up with responsibility to battle alien threats. This movie may be the mode to introduce Miss Marvel in Avengers and a reply to DC what they could have done with The Green Lantern. All we need is to wait till 2014 and some proper casting news to come out before assuming anything.

Avengers 2

This movie is already something everyone is waiting for and it comes out in 2015. It is said along with big 6 this movie will introduce Ant Man aka the genius Hank Pym and his girlfriend Wasp in the team along with Miss Marvel and few other big names. Another speculation is that Clark Gregg who played Agent Coulson in Avengers will return as Vision. Lets see how much these rumors come true with time.

Ant Man

ant_man_banner_by_skinnyglasses-d39n04l

Ant Man is another first part movie that’ll come out in 2015, Ant Man and Wasp were the original Avengers and have a long storyline and history with them. Hank Pym made Ultron who is one of the best villains that is a must in an Avengers movie. His girlfriend and wife Janet aka The Wasp is supposed to debut along with him. The question is if Ant Man will be a part of Avengers 2 or is going to starting point in MCU’s Phase 3
